TeamMood's Code Of Conduct

This is a reminder of our code of conduct, please read it carefully.

Purpose

The primary goal of TeamMood is to create a safe environment in which everyone within a team or a company can share his or her own mood and comment anonymously.

It was conceived as a way to create a culture of feedback and improve well-being in the workplace, for all and at all levels, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, ability, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, and religion (or lack thereof).

This isn’t an exhaustive list of things that you can’t do. Rather, take it in the spirit in which it’s intended – a guide to make TeamMood beneficial for all.

This code of conduct outlines our expectations for all who use TeamMood as a way to share their mood of the day and a private comment, as well as the consequences for unacceptable behavior.

We invite all those who use TeamMood to help us create a safe and positive experiences for everyone.

We remind you that TeamMood is not responsible by any way of the contents created by users.

Please be aware that your comments are visible to the other participants, so if you want to remain anonymous please do not include any personally identifiable information in the comment boxes.

Expected Behavior

The following behaviors are expected and requested of all users:

Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior

Unacceptable behavior from any TeamMood user, including administrators and managers, will not be tolerated.

Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately.

If a user engages in unacceptable behavior, we may take any action deemed appropriate.

Reporting Guidelines

If you are subject to or witness unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing moderation@teammood.com.
